8 Foods for a Glowing Skin

1. SEAFOOD

Seafood like oysters, sardines, salmon, and even tuna are packed with omega 3 fatty oils which help you keep your skin hydrated, reduce acne, and slow down the skin's sings of aging. 

And according to the American Heart Association, adding 1 serving of these a week (6 oz) can provide you with 250 to 500 milligrams of omega-3 EPA+DHA.

Another big benefit of consuming Omega-3 rich foods is that your skin uses these fatty acids to protect your skin from UV rays, as well as help you reduce acne, and other skin issues like eczema, and such.

Leafy greens are full of vitamins and minerals ,such as vitamin A, and vitamin E. They also contain folate, they are rich in beta-carotene, lutein, and age-fighting phytochemicals.
