I'm so excited to share how you can have your 2023 glow up in the next 90 days!

I myself have put this off for so long! 

I was supposed to get my activated collagen last month but days fly by and it was too late by the time I realize my shipment was scheduled for a later date than I thought.  

I can only blame "Momlife" as I have a 3 and a 5 year old and life gets busy!

I want to mention that since I became a mom a lot of my "self care" was thrown out the window. 

I've gained weight, I haven't been consistent at the gym and I notice it all on current pictures, the scale and my skin! 

That is why I'm so happy to announced that my activated collagen came in yesterday! It's my new motivation for this year's Glow Up!

Today, as I write this, is March 2, 2023 and I'm on day two of taking this Activated Collagen that I keep raving about and sharing with you after seeing all the amazing results our thousands of clients are already having!

NRF1 is a protein found in our cells responsible for activating our body's signal pathways for new mitochondria production.

This declines with age and it is one reason why as we age we don't have the same energy we did when we were kids and teenagers.

NRF2 is another protein in our cells that is responsible for turning on our body's protective mechanisms, such as turning on our own body's production of antioxidants such as one of the most powerful antioxidants in our body, Glutathione!

Below is my "Before" picture of me taken in April of 2016, just a couple of weeks after starting on my journey taking NRF2.  My face looks tired and dull.

And below are my current pictures (seven years later) just taken this month of March in 2023, as I write this. 

My skin is not dull, but not vibrant like before, and I have some small breakouts and my skin is a little bumpy, this might be due to not taking care of my diet as I should.

Step by Step on How to Get Your Glow Up!

1. Hydrate!
Drinking your daily water will hydrate your cells, keeping your body hydrated and helping your skin maintain its elasticity.  


2. Follow an Anti-Aging Skin Care Routine
This is something you can start as soon as you turn 20 years old, while you might not see drastic results it will help in the long run and when you're in your 30's and even after 40, starting a skin care routine with skin care products will help you immensely. 3. Eat Well and Balanced
You don't have to give up your favorite treats, but make it a 80/20 rule and make sure you are eating your protein, vegetables and fruits.  Eating healthy comes with many benefits, remember that your skin radiates only how your body is on the inside, so nourish it!

4. Exercise
This can be a dragging activity, but even if you go out for a walk it will help your progress tremendously.  Walking is probably one of the most underrated forms of exercise yet powerful!  Exercising is part of what keeps you young, just don't over do it.  Get your workout done, aim for at least 3 days a week!

5. Take your Multivitamins!
Depending on how your eating habits are your body might be in need of some extra vitamins and minerals to help your body function well and stay healthy.
You could talk to your Dr. or Nutritionist to help with that.

At the moment I'm taking these multivitamins that I'm loving.

6. Take Collagen
